Fellowship of Christian Athletes

Destination: Mexico

As each day began 50 coaches and athletes may not have knows what God had in store that day…however, they did know where they would be meeting him, sometimes on a rock during their morning quiet time, sometimes on the job site where they build a home for a family who would in their lifetime never have dreamed of having a home, sometimes at orphanages where love was flowing through praying, playing, and learning about God’s truth.

For sure on the courts and fields where these coaches and athletes learned more of why God created them with the desire and talent to compete… for the Glory of their God, the Honor of their savior, and for the love of people.

We came to share Christ with others and left knowing that Jesus + Nothing = Everything. 20 men and women from the U.S. and Mexico gave their lives to Christ. The rest…left transformed as their minds had no choice but to be renewed.

It was important to feel protected and safe while traveling outside the U.S. We relied on Serving Abroad to help offer that protection.
